Yann Sauve and the Vancouver Canucks have split their ways for another season. The Canucks sent Sauve back to Saint John today.Sauve appeared in three pre-season games, all wins for the 5-0 Canucks. He had a plus-two rating in last night's win over San Jose at GM Place.
He is expected to arrive late tonight according to sanitjohnseadogs.com. The fourth year blue liner will be a big edition to the Sea Dogs young defense corp.
Defenseman Simon Despres, who just returned from Penguins training camp, will make his season debut tomorrow night against Victoriaville.
