Game Day 54: at Victoriaville

The Saint John Sea Dogs (36-13-3-1, 1st Maritimes, 1st QMJHL) begin a three-in-three Quebec road trip tonight in Victoriaville. Game time against the Tigres (29-20-5-2, 3rd East, 9th QMJHL) is 8 p.m.

Last games: The Sea Dogs are coming off a 2-1 win in Charlottetown on Tuesday. Thomas Chabot and Nathan Noel scored for Saint John while Callum Booth made 28 saves in the victory. The Tigres are coming off a 6-5 overtime loss to the Sherbrooke Phoenix on Wednesday. Austin Eastman scored twice while Maxime Comtois, Bradley Lalonde and Alexandre Goulet scored singles. James Povall made 31 saves in the loss.

2016-17 head-to-head: The Sea Dogs are 0-0-1-0 against the Tigres this season while Victoriaville is 1-0-0-0 against Saint John.

Last meeting: Dec. 8 at Harbour Station where the Tigres defeated the Sea Dogs 4-3 in overtime.
