Preseason Game Day: at Bathurst

SAINT JOHN - The Saint John Sea Dogs continue preseason play on the road tonight.

After defeating the Acadie-Bathurst Titan fairly easily on Wednesday night, the Sea Dogs will look for a similar result tonight when the two meet again - this time at the KC Irving Regional Centre. Game time is 7 p.m,

TV/Radio/Webcast: None/None/None

Record: The Sea Dogs are 1-2-1-0 in preseason play, which includes the Moncton Rookie Challenge. The Titan are 2-2-0-0.

Last games: The Sea Dogs defeated the Titan 6-0 on Wednesday at Harbour Station. Nicholas Cardone, Anthony Boucher, Radim Salda, Brock Perry, Cole Reginato and Cedric Pare all scored for Saint John. Alex D'Orio made 13 saves in the shutout win. Bathurst goaltenders Simon Boudreault-Belzile allowed two goals on 16 shots while Gabriel Waked allowed four on 20 shots.

2016-17 head-to-head: The Sea Dogs were 4-4-1-0 against the Titan last season while Bathurst went 5-4-0-0 against Saint John.

Notes: Isiah Campbell leads Saint John in preseason scoring with a goal and four points in three games... Ben Reid has a team high two goals in four games... Joe Veleno, Tristan Mercure and Ian Smallwood each have two assists... Justin Ducharme leads Bathurst in scoring with three goals and four points... the Titan dressed a lineup mostly filled with rookies and inexperienced players on Wednesday. We'll likely see a different roster tonight... Alex D'Orio played the full 60 minutes on Wednesday and will likely not see action tonight... the Titan cut nine players on Thursday... this game is "free admission to all fans, with the only thing being asked of them, is to have the generosity to make a donation to the foundation Le Titan, the players will be at the door to collect donation."

Next game: The Sea Dogs host the Halifax Mooseheads on Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Quispamsis qplex.
