Game Day 25: at Cape Breton

SYDNEY, NS - The Saint John Sea Dogs will look to get back on track tonight in Cape Breton after a rough outing on Sunday in Charlottetown.

Following a strong 7-2 win in Halifax last Friday, the Sea Dogs were thumped 6-2 by the Islanders on Sunday.

The Sea Dogs will look get back in the win column tonight when they face the Screaming Eagles. Game time is 7 p.m. at Centre 200.

Records: The Sea Dogs are 5-13-4-2 for 16 points (6th Maritimes, 17th QMJHL) while the Screaming Eagles are 12-9-1-1 for 26 points (5th Maritimes, 10th QMJHL).

Last games: The Sea Dogs are coming off a 6-2 loss in Charlottetown on Sunday. Ostap Safin and Alexis Girard had Saint John goals. Matt Williams made 38 stops in the loss. The Screaming Eagles are coming off a 5-2 win in Moncton on Sunday. Tyler Hylland, Egor Sokolov, Phelix Martineau, Mathias Laferriere and Peyton Hoyt scored for the Screaming Eagles.
